Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Create and publish engaging content (posts, stories, and short videos). Edit short-form videos for social media (e.g., reels). Plan and maintain a content calendar. Actively engage with the community (respond to comments, messages, and increase engagement). Content Creation for the Blog: Write and adapt articles for the company blog. Work on texts: editing, structuring, and optimizing for clarity and impact. Use templates to streamline the content creation process. Analytics and Optimization: Design and implement lead funnels through social media platforms. Collect, analyze data, and prepare performance reports. Refine strategies and campaigns based on data insights to optimize performance.

Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years of work in SMM, content management, or digital marketing. English proficiency: B2/C1 level, with strong writing and editing skills. Text expertise: Exceptional writing, editing, and structuring skills. Creativity and trend awareness: Ability to create engaging and on-trend content. Technical skills: Proficiency in SMM tools, as well as video and graphic editing tools. Analytical mindset: Strong ability to collect and analyze data, and make informed decisions. Independence: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with AI tools for generating and refining content is a plus.
