Front-End (React) Developer

Responsibilities

Improving Technology: Develop customer-focused features for our React-based platforms. Suggest and implement improvements to boost performance, usability, and scalability. Building and Maintaining Code: Update and enhance existing codebases while creating new features for our next-generation platforms. Ensure seamless integration with backend systems and participate in peer reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Testing and Quality: Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure reliable and high-performing frontend applications. Focus on early-stage testing to support smooth continuous integration and delivery. Team Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, backend developers, DevOps, and QA engineers to align tech solutions with business goals, enhance user experiences, and strengthen development workflows. DevSecOps and Agile Practices: Use Agile methodologies, improve CI/CD pipelines, and incorporate security best practices throughout the development process to ensure efficient and secure deployments. Optimising Performance: Prioritise application performance by enhancing user experience, scalability, and speed.

Requirements

Frontend Development: 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js on commercial project. Proficiency with Typescript. Experience with React Hook Forms, RTK, Styled Components & NextJS would be a plus. Components - Experience building UI components library. Experience creating responsive components and UI for public facing applications. Automated Testing: Experience with automated testing practices. CI/CD: Proven ability to utilise automated pipelines for fast build, deployment, security checks, and quality assurance. At least Upper Intermediate level of English. If Fullstack — Experience building & maintaining APIs in either JS or PHP technologies along with backend testing strategies.
